Co-founder and Managing Partner of Secura Burnett Company, Mr. Burnett spent a total of 20 years as a banker including positions at Wells Fargo Bank and Union Bank, prior to founding the firm. He also served as CEO of a successfully restructured west coast bank.
Mr. Burnett is a Director of Exigen, Ltd. (based in San Francisco and Moscow) and the National Childhood Cancer Foundation (Washington, DC). He is a non-executive Partner of Capco (Antwerp), and former Director of The Hertz Corporation (Park Ridge, NJ), Fluid Ventures (San Francisco), A&A Actienbank (Zurich), and Encirq Corporation (San Francisco). He formerly was a Chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and acted as a Director of the University of California (Davis) Graduate School of Management, the Pacific Vision Foundation, Pacific-Presbyterian Medical Center, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and Christian Brothers High School.
A graduate of the California State University system, Mr. Burnett attended the Stanford Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management and Wilton Park, a foreign policy school in England.
