American landmine survivors Ken Rutherford and Jerry White join forces with other mine victims at the United Nations Review Conference on Landmines in Vienna, Austria - the first conference in fifteen years dedicated to strengthening controls on weapons considered "excessively injurious" and to have "indiscriminate effects."
